Hi, My name is David and I’m a certified Central London-based Personal Trainer and I deliver my PT Sessions in Central Ymca.

With almost 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’m a dedicated and passionate personal trainer who is committed to transforming lives through fitness and wellness.
